By submitting this membership renewal, the applicant(s) certify that they are at least 19 years of age and agree to conduct themselves in accordance with the by-laws, rules and regulations of CCGRA. Furthermore, the applicant(s) agree to hold harmless CCGRA from any and all damages, injury or death, which might occur to the undersigned or the undersigned's property before, during or after any function involving CCGRA. Failure to honour the commitments set forth above or payment of dues, may result in termination of membership. Memberships are considered donations and there are therefore no refunds unless covered specifically by circumstances that are set forth in the CCGRA By-laws. Memberships are annual and subject to annual renewal.
